At A Glance

Find out more about Scrum.

Scrum is a framework for developing, delivering & sustaining complex products through effective team collaboration.

Scrum has been used to develop software, hardware, autonomous vehicles, schools, government, marketing, managing the operation of organisations and almost everything we use in our daily lives, as individuals and societies.

A Scrum Master is responsible for promoting and supporting Scrum – as defined in The Scrum Guide – by helping everyone understand Scrum theory, practices, rules and values.

Our two-day course – accredited by APMG and Agile Business Consortium – addresses the principles and theory underpinning the Scrum framework, and the role of the Scrum Master.
